We all wonder this and know that we definitely feel better when we listen to music, but they question “WHY??” has always popped into my head since I was a little child.\u00a0 I can remember sitting in concerts during the summer and being so overwhelmed and flooded with positive emotion that I wished the music would never end!\u00a0 It was that powerful for me.\u00a0 To this day, I do not know what this music was, but it was either an orchestra or a concert band playing English folksong suites, I suspect.<\/p>\n

It’s also interesting to note that humans seems to respond most powerfully to the music that reflects our cultural heritage, even hundreds of years back!\u00a0 So music is actually in our DNA, or at least musical preferences.\u00a0<\/p>\n
